'Ricky Rozay came through and put that thing down,' he tells MTV News of his sensual collabo with Ross.

And, as if we didn't know what was next, he adds, "Working intermissions, switching positions/We so expensive, oh."</P><P>If fans think it couldn't get any hotter on the Jim Jonsin and Mr. Morris-produced track, Usher invited his pal and <a href="/news/articles/1679561/rick-ross-hottest-mcs-game-1.jhtml">Hottest MC Rick Ross</a> to heat things up even more.</P><P><CENTER><embed src="http://media.mtvnservices.com/mgid:uma:video:mtv.com:764890/cp~vid%3D764890%26uri%3Dmgid%3Auma%3Avideo%3Amtv.com%3A764890" width="430" height="242" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowFullScreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" base="."></embed></CENTER></P><P>"Well, me and Rick Ross had been talking about working together solo," he told MTV News about the song. "We had actually done something before with 'So Sick and Tired' with DJ Khaled, but this was one of those ones it needed a boss on it."</P><P>From there, Ursher hit the studio with the MC and came up with a sensual track about the art of seducing. "Whereas the first song was a little bit more artistic and a little bit more soulful, and it has done everything, it probably exceeded my expectations, I mean, from the moment I was able to give it away. I was able to kind of be reintroduced in a way musically, and thank you to [producer] Diplo, but 'Scream' is really like the next step. It's just in time for summer and the type of experience that I want people to get out of the album."</P><P><i>What do you think of "Lemme See"? 'NSYNC? Boyz II Men? Celebs Pick Their Top Boy Bands!

'Jersey Shore' star Vinny Guadagnino, Monica, 'Glee' actress Dianna Agron and more weigh in on MTV's Battle of the Boy Bands.

With the Battle of the Boy Bands nearing the Final Four, things are getting pretty intense among fans who are furiously voting to keep their favorite groups in the race.

Along the way, we lost some of the early front-runners, including the Backstreet Boys, 'NSYNC, New Kids on the Block and Boyz II Men.

Just because the Boyz were knocked out in the second round of the competition doesn't mean they don't have their die-hard fans out there — among them "Glee" star Dianna Agron.

"When I was growing up, it was 'NSYNC, Backstreet Boys, 98 Degrees," Agron told MTV News of the late-'90s boy-band explosion. "I was so obsessed with Boyz II Men in fourth grade. 'Motownphilly' — so good, so awesome."

The R&B group is a favorite of Monica's as well. "My favorite boy band would have to be New Edition and Boyz II Men," she told MTV News. "I don't know if you consider these boy bands though, but they were just unbelievable."

Another popular choice was 'NYSNC, who made a shocking first-round exit when they lost in the final moments of voting to British boy band 5ive. Justin Timberlake and company ruled the charts (and the hearts of teen girls everywhere) in the late '90s.

"I would say 'NSYNC was my favorite boy band. They're amazing, they were so talented," former Danity Kane singer Aubrey O'Day said. "Obviously Justin came from that. We all know we were sweating Justin!"

Posters of Timberlake most certainly lined the walls of millions of fans, including Selena Gomez, who revealed to MTV News that her first crush was the former 'NSYNC member.

Of course, picking just one boy band isn't always easy, which was the problem for Roc Nation's newest member, British singer Rita Ora.

"My ultimate boy band, I have a few: Jackson 5, Jagged Edge — I love Jagged Edge," Ora said. " 'NSYNC, they were the ones, I swear."

But when "Jersey Shore" star Vinny Guadagnino picked his ultimate boy band, he opted for keeping it in the MTV family.

"I kinda liked 2ge+her," Vinny admitted. "I loved ['U + Me = Us']."

Voting for the Elite Eight in MTV's Battle of the Boy Bands runs until noon ET on Wednesday, May 2. Winners are determined by fan votes, so if your favorite band made the cut, make sure you keep voting. Tune in to AMTV and MTV Hits for their boy-band video takeovers each day and make sure to spread the word on Twitter using the hashtag #BBB and like us on Facebook for updates!

'Cloud' computing technology should make sharing medical images easier and more efficient

ScienceDaily (Apr. 30, 2012) ? Patients find "cloud" technology a faster, more efficient way to store and distribute their medical images than current options, according to the preliminary findings of an image sharing project led by The Mount Sinai Medical Center in conjunction with four other academic medical institutions. The Phase I results of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Image Share project are being presented April 30 at the American Roentgen Ray Society Annual Meeting in Vancouver, Canada.

Mount Sinai was the first site to go live in August 2011 and currently has about 190 patients enrolled in project. A total of about 600 patients are participating in all sites, which also include University of California -- San Francisco, University of Chicago Medical Center, Mayo Clinic, and the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore.

"Cloud" computing involves using a network of remote servers hosted on the Internet to store, manage, and process data, rather than a local server or a personal computer.

"This is the next revolution in digital imaging," said David Mendelson, MD, FACR, Chief of Clinical Informatics at The Mount Sinai Medical Center and Chief Clinical Investigator for RSNA Image Share. "It gives the patient ownership over their records and makes the information more accessible to physicians. Plus it decreases unnecessary radiation exposure that can be caused by physicians ordering duplicate examinations due to records not being easily available."

To use RSNA Image Share, patients create an account and password and then are given access to import their images and reports into the personal health record account. For patient confidentiality and security reasons, when the information leaves the server at each local radiology site and goes outside a hospital's firewall, it remains encrypted until it arrives in the patient's account, where it's unencrypted so the patient can see it.

"We're dealing with sensitive health information, so creating a secure and confidential system is of the utmost importance," said Dr. Mendelson. "But if you look at online banking or shopping, which both transport sensitive financial information; we know creating a secure, widely used system is an attainable goal."

In phase two of the trial, patients will be allowed to share their images without the images first being uploaded to an Internet-based personal health record. This should be useful in the event of severe acute trauma, with transfer to a trauma center. In phase three, the data will be de-identified and then made available for clinical trials.

The RSNA Image Share project was funded by the National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering at NIH.
