Grand View will host Candeo's Annual Wheelchair Basketball Competition on Saturday, June 16.? The?Viking?football team will take on Drake University's football team.?
?There will be activities for the entire family including the teams' Mascots, cheerleaders and a fabulous halftime show performed by Adaptive Sports ? "real" wheelchair basketball.
?The game starts at 5:00 pm ? come early to enjoy the festivities.? Tickets are $5, available at the door (Sisam Arena ? Grand View University) and on-line at www.candeoiowa.org
Concessions will be available.? Proceeds will be used by Candeo to serve individuals with disabilities in Central Iowa.
