Let?s start with the good news. The Greek god of wrestling is back after a self-imposed one-week hiatus. That means you will benefit from my knowledge and insights into the world of professional wrestling.
For those who don?t know ? and you should be reading Heel Turns every week ? I initiated a work stoppage after Eric Fisher and Ron Opher, the ?brains? behind PhillyPhanatics.com, failed to acknowledge the one-year anniversary of Heel Turns, which is easily the feature every week on this Web site. Fisher publicly apologized, as I had requested. It was a weak apology, and it was buried in the middle of Fisher?s ?Fish ?n Chips? column, which Fisher only can hope is half as good as Heel Turns. But I?ll accept it.
Achilles Heel, however, is still annoyed. Apparently, someone leaked to Ron Opher that I was in California during my hiatus. Even worse, Opher put my whereabouts in the PhillyPhanatics.com e-mail. I will find the leak! (And that person will be severely punished.)
Fortunately, I have sources of my own. Imagine my horror when I found out that Fisher was also headed to California last week. I was about to change my travel plans when my sources informed me Fisher would be in the Bay Area up north instead of down on the sunny beaches of Southern California, where I was staying.
The last thing I want to see while on vacation is Fisher or Opher. Actually, the last thing I want to see on vacation is Brodus Clay in a thong, but you get the idea.

CHIKARA in PHILLY: CHIKARA returns to Philadelphia on Saturday (7 p.m.) with ?Chikarasaurus Rex: How to catch a dinosaur? (I don?t make up the titles; I just report them), an Internet pay-per-view event. CHIKARA, one of my favorite independent wrestling organizations, seems to have compiled an action-packed and interesting card.
Grand champion Eddie Kingston teams with Jigsaw and The Colony (Soldier Ant, Green Ant and Fire Ant) to take on the The Shard, 17 and The Swarm. The potential show-stealer of the card might by Chuck Taylor and Johnny Gargano defending the tag team belts against the Young Bucks (Matt and Nick Jackson) in a best 2-out-of 3 falls match.
In an interesting twist, former opponents Sara Del Rey and Saturyne team up to take on the Batiri (Obaryion, Kodama, Kobald) in a 3-on-2 inter-gender handicapped match. In yet another multiple-person match, Mixed Martial Archie and Colt Cobana battle The Throwbacks in a ?Loser leaves town? match.
In singles competition, Icarus takes on Grand Akuma in a ladder match, Hallowicked battles Tim Donst and UltraMantis Black takes on Ophidian. CHIKARA will also announce the first team entered in King of Trios, which will take place on Sept. 14-16 at the Palmer Center in Easton.

MAJOR WWE SUSPENSIONS: It seemed that Randy Orton and Chris Jericho were building toward a match at No Way Out. Instead, they?re both suspended.
Jericho was suspended for throwing down the Brazilian flag in the ring prior to a match in Brazil. We may have the right to throw down or even burn the American flag in the United States, but many other countries have stricter laws regarding freedom of speech and defacing the flag. WWE immediately got Jericho out of Brazil and suspended him for 30 days.
Orton was left without an opponent for No Way Out, which takes place on June 17, but he had bigger worries. Orton was suspended for 60 days for his second violation of WWE?s wellness policy. The suspensions of Orton and Jericho are a blow to WWE, which will be without two of its bigger stars.

COMIC CON APPEARANCES: WWE champion C.M. Punk will be in Philadelphia this weekend for the Comic Con at the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Punk will be at Comic Con on Saturday from 1-6 p.m. Jimmy Hart, Paul Bearer, Lita and DDP were at Comic Con on Friday and will be signing autographs again Saturday.
Hart, known as ?The Mouth of the South,? will also be at the Soul?s game Saturday night for a meet-and-greet and autograph session. I won?t pretend to be interested in Comic Con. But this is a good opportunity to meet the WWE champion and some former stars.

LIVE IMPACT: TNA began broadcasting Impact Wrestling live on Thursday night. The show also starts an hour earlier. The opening match between champion Bobby Roode and the returning Sting was a good start to the show. This lumberjack match was far from a classic, but it was entertaining and should have kept viewers? interest at the start of the show. Sting will receive a title shot on June 10 at Slammiversary.
By the way, TNA has done a nice job of building Roode as champion. He?s been champion for seven months now, which gives both Roode and the TNA version of the world championship credibility.

LAST MINUTE: This is late notice, but those of you who are reading this Friday afternoon, you?ve still got time (barely) to get to CZW?s Wired TV Taping tonight (7 p.m.) at the VOGT Recreation Center (6700 Cottage St.) in the Northeast. A $10 contribution to Fox Chase Cancer Center is the suggested donation to gain entry.

OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS: With Jericho and Orton suspended, there is an opportunity for someone to step up and take their place. My suggestion is Dolph Ziggler, who already seemed slated to replace Jericho in the No Way Out pay-per-view match against Orton. Another possibility is Cody Rhodes, who has had a more prominent role during the past six months. I?d also like to see Drew McIntyre reinserted into a regular television role, but I?ve given up hope on the WWE recognizing his talent and giving him another opportunity.
My guess is Ziggler will take advantage of the opportunity being presented to him. He deserves to be a main event player.
