Why the ionosphere?

H.A.A.R.P. has spent more than two decades investigating the Earth?s magnetic field and ionosphere. The ionosphere is a region of the upper atmosphere (it comprises portions of the mesosphere, thermosphere and exosphere) where there are a significant number of charged particles. Energy from the sun, particularly in the ultraviolet wavelengths, strikes atmospheric gas molecules and atoms, which have an equal number of positively charged protons and negatively charged electrons, with enough force to dislodge electrons. This results in a field of negatively charged electrons and positively charged atoms and molecules (ions), maintained in a plasma state, which conducts electrical currents and responds to electric and magnetic fields.

Why so much power?

The largest radio transmitter on Earth sends unprecedented amounts of power into the sky to mimic the natural process. The facility ramped up 3.6 megawatts ? much higher power than any other array running similar experiments, such as the EISCAT (European Incoherent Scatter) Scientific Association?s antenna in Norway, which runs at 1.2 megawatts. At full power, HAARP is energetic enough to dislodge electrons, creating a patch of ?artificial ionosphere?and producing full-scale artificial auroras along with strange bullseye pattern. The HAARP array is consisted of 180 transmitters distributed over 35 to 40 acres of land, with a frequency range of 2.65 to 10 megahertz.

What the government says?

According to US Air Force News, signals from satellite-based surveillance and positioning systems can be distorted by charged particles. So HAARP sends high-frequency signals into the ionosphere to help scientists improve radio communications and satellite surveillance systems for the Department of Defense. The project is expected to benefit civilian communication as well, including those supporting civil aviation and ground communications.

By firing the antennas in a specific configuration & targeting this energy at the ionosphere, it causes the ionosphere to modulate or vibrate, returning an ELF (an extremely low frequency signal) that penetrates the Earth?s land masses and oceans for a number of uses. Here are?some widely accepted military related applications of HAARP:

Weather Manipulation ?Using electromagnetic waves it is possible to modify the weather. This technology is already in use at military airports but with HAARP, the scale & extent of modification has planetary implications.?

Satan and his U.S. military confederate plan to take away manipulation of the weather from the LOZ using the HAARP facilities strategically located around the globe under U.S. control. Silver iodine is being sprayed (chemtrails) in various other operations? in conjunction with HARRP?s ability to emit low frequency ELF waves to further manipulate the jet streams and clouds to alter the weather patterns in counter moves against the LOZ on the war board.
